Apr 27 –May 1

After spending nearly two years apart, the most healing thing we can do is come together. That’s what this week is all about. We’ll be spending five days (re)connecting to our practice while surrounded by community.

The focus of this workshop will be intentionally deepening our practice, joining together as a community and reconnecting with yourself. Topics include

  • How to safely adjust your practice during different seasons of life
  • Philosophy
  • Traditional chanting and meditation
  • Deepening your practice
  • Asana clinics

The practice week is open to all levels of practitioners and includes four Mysore and one Led Primary as well as daily workshops to address the specific topics above.
