Virtual Classes
In this class you will be guided through a modified version of the first half of the Ashtanga Primary Series. Class begins with Sun Salutations and moves through standing postures, seated postures, back bends and inversions. Modifications will be offered.
This class is suitable for those with some previous yoga experience .
