Mysore Style Classes
Mysore Style is the traditional method for practicing Ashtanga Yoga and is our most accessible class. The only thing required to attend is a desire to learn and practice yoga. Learn more about Mysore style classes HERE including FAQ.
Intro to Ashtanga Series
This monthly four class series is for those who want to learn the fundamentals of Ashtanga Yoga. Students will be guided through the initial sequence of postures progressively building their practice each week. Students will be introduced to philosophy, breathing techniques and the benefits of practicing in Mysore style classes. Register HERE.
Donation Based Class
This beginner friendly class is donation based and will explore the basics in a welcoming atmosphere.
Private instruction is a great way to begin because you have the teacher’s full attention. Come alone or bring a friend. We have several pricing options and times available starting at $90. Email email@example.com to schedule.
This weekly class is designed to restore and relax your body. Postures are done sitting or lying down and are held for 3-5 minutes.
Congratulations on your desire to begin (or begin again) a yoga practice. The only requirement is a sincere desire to learn. We are glad you are here and welcome you just as you are. Here are some tips for your first class.
Bring a yoga mat and towel
Dress comfortably in breathable clothes
Don’t wear perfume or excessive jewelry
Leave your shoes in the lobby
