Yoga for Runners
Instructor: Margaret Smith
This 75-minute session will focus on mind-body connections for runners, with particular attention to strength and mobility for more efficient movement and increased stability on the run (or cycle or push or walk). Using challenging strength work, myofascial release, proprioceptive neuromuscular feedback, and progressive muscle relaxation, we will care for areas that tend toward overuse and sensorimotor compensations during long miles of training.
