Total Body Relaxation is essential for our physical, mental, emotional and relational well-being. It’s very important that we re-learn the art of resting and relaxing. Not only does it help prevent the onset of many illnesses that develop through chronic tension and worrying; it allows us to clear our minds, focus, and find creative solutions to problems. We will be more successful in all our endeavors if we can let go of the habit of running all the time, and take little pauses to relax and re-center ourselves. And we’ll also have a lot more joy in living. When we give ourselves the chance to let go of all our tension, the body’s natural capacity to heal itself can begin to work. Join John and Amy of Jinks Music Universe for an inspirational evening with a guided body awareness meditation as you are serenaded with beautiful lullabies ending in a healing gong bath

About Amy and John:
Amy and John Jinks are offering a preview of their debut album of mystic chants reworked into beautifully melodic lullabies during this total body relaxation workshop.
In 2010, Amy and her husband, John, turned to yoga to heal from the physical and emotional trauma of a miscarriage. They quickly found Kundalini Yoga and instantly fell in love with the practice and the music. Amy began to discover a new freedom with her voice while singing mantras during meditations and kriyas. She enlisted John, a life long musician, to accompany her and they began their journey of creating a catalog of original music for healing.
