Here in the States, people often think of yoga and meditation as two separate practices. In reality, one doesn’t exist without the other. A consistent meditation practice supports and enhances all other yogic practices, on and off the mat.

Join Pennie for a meditation series focused on tuning in to the field of silence within our own beings. This class will be infused with mindful movement, breath work (pranayama), mantra, and Kriya practices that allow us to access a deep state of meditation. No previous experience is required. All are welcome.
Stay after class for an open introductory talk on the Sattva Meditation technique and the upcoming Sattva Meditation Initiation course.
When: Every Friday in Sept. 5:30 – 6:30
Cost $50 for all four classes/ $15 drop-in
