With this series of deep stretches, you’ll challenge both your body and your mind. This meditative practice is unlike any yoga class you’ve experienced. Long, Slow, Deep mixes the power of asana (the physical yoga postures) with the life force of pranayama (breath work) and the focus of meditation to take you on a journey into stillness in order to experience the truth of who you really are. This deep exploration of your Self is extremely relaxing, cleansing and healing. This practice has the power to awaken every muscle, joint and fiber of your entire being. All levels warmly welcomed!
