Welcome to Birmingham Yoga

Birmingham Yoga Studio is located at 2417 1st Avenue South, Birmingham AL  35233  (Inside First Avenue Rocks climbing gym)

We primarily offer Asthanga, Vinyasa Flow, and Kundalini Yoga.  

Classes are appropriate for beginners to advanced level students. 

In addition to our daily classes we offer weekend and week-long workshops and retreats (see Events tab). 

Birmingham Yoga Teacher Training Program is registered at Yoga Alliance at the 200 hr level. 

We invite area teachers and studio to list on our site ( see Community tab).
